Riley Gibson a rising sophomore from Lehi Utah is again ready to put on the Red, White and Black Jerseys for the Western Wyoming Mustangs Men's Soccer team for the fall 2015 season.

The 2014 season was Gibson's freshman year, he was voted as a 2nd Team All Region Forward as a Freshman.  His season totals for 2014 were; 45 Shots, 8 Goals, 3 Assists, 38 Fouls, 18 Starts and 44 Halves Played.

As a freshman Riley led the Mustangs in goals scored, shots and offensive points.  He is a good size forward with a plethora of skills that make him a dangerous player.  He possess good speed, physicality, an outside shot and pinpoint accuracy.

The spring of his freshman year Riley worked very hard on becoming a better header of the ball and a better distributor to his teammates.  His hard work paid off as he was excellent during the team's spring scrimmages.  In the spring he had 3 goals and 2 assists in 4 scrimmages.

We expect Riley to continue to do want the team needs him to do.  To play at any position and in any scheme.  Riley should have as good if not better year this fall statistically for the Mustangs.  His ability to hold up play and draw defenders for the Mustangs will be instrumental for the Western attack this season.  Congrats Riley on a second season and we wish you the best.
