Eric Ramirez a 2014 graduate from Rock Springs High in Rock Springs WY is set to play his sophomore year for the Western Wyoming Community College Mustangs.  Eric is a tall, fast and versatile player for the Mustangs.

The 2014-2015 season was a good one for Ramirez.  Eric had 8 Shots, 1 Goal, 1 Assist, 5 Fouls, 2 Starts and Played in 39 Halves.  As a freshmen in the fall 2014 season Eric played as a forward and an outside midfielder.  He found playing time in most matches as one of first players off of the bench.

The spring 2015 season Ramirez filled in as an outside back and center back throughout most of the scrimmages and training sessions.  He is a good passer of the ball and has good vision that helped the Mustangs maintain possession and to find quick counter attacks.  This spring Eric had an assist as an outside back during the scrimmage match at SLCC.

Eric is also an excellent student earning an Academic All Conference Award as a freshmen.  We expect Ramirez to continue to be a top notch student and have a great and productive sophomore season for the Mustangs.
