Mustangs Happy to Introduce Gunner Burrell

Gunner Burrell a recently graduated senior from Fremont High has signed his National Letter of Intent to play for Western Wyoming.  Gunner is an exceptional attacking player.  He played center attacking mid and forward for the Silver Wolves in the 2014 season and found the back of the net 11 times.  Gunner is very skillful with runs off of the ball, great passing and a powerful, accurate shot.  Gunner lead his Fremont High team to an amazing run through the regular season and also a place in the 5A Utah finals played at Rio Tinto Stadium.  Gunner scored the game winning goal in overtime as Fremont High defeated Taylorsville High in the quarterfinals.
Gunner should fit very well into the attack at Western.  Whether he be an attacking midfielder, forward or even an outside mid.

We look forward to seeing Gunner hit the pitch for the Red and Black and make all the opposing teams in the Region scared of the Mustang offense.  We wish Gunner the best of luck as he pursues his dreams in the classroom and on the collegiate pitch.
